Honestly it does come slightly more expensive as regular apartments, but it is all worth it when you see the amazing view from the apartment's terrace, when you hear the ocean waves that puts you to sleep and gently wakes you up. There is no need on planning the timing of when and where to go to the beach, you can just simply take your towel and go for a swim in a crystal clear sea at any point you wish for while kids are freely entertaining themselves by the computer or by the pool. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information before our departure. I especially appreciated your signature your personal assistant which gives away the individual approach you have with each customer and creates a feeling of trust and that is something we all like. The latter apartment boasts with color coordinated accessories, spaciousness, a large bathroom. We enjoyed the crystal clear sea with unique sunsets. The apartments have an Ideal location - private but near the sea, several restaurants, grocery stores etc. And the pool was perfect for all the family. I celebrated my special birthday when my family chartered a yacht for the day from Orebic for sailing. The hosts looked after us very well and to end a wonderful day they provided champagne and a delicious cake :-) I suggest you inform the guests to bring coffee pods for the coffee maker as these are not available locally. We got unbelievably lucky for the price we paid (before peak season). If it wasn't for the special they ran (just for that night), we would have missed the best place to stay on Korcula. Tanja actually received a new boat the day we were leaving and told us about her plans to offer day trips. We were not too lucky with the weather in April, but especially when the sun shone Lumbarda was beautiful. We enjoyed fabulous views from the apartment, a nice pool and outdoor facilities. There are not many restaurants opened in April, as tourist season doesn't really start until May, but loved the traditional konoba nearby serving its own wine, olive and cheese. However, staying in Lumbarda in off season, where there are not many tourists, really gave us the possibility to enjoy a perfect peace and tranquillity. The hosts were very helpful and friendly with arranging taxis and bike hire as we didn't hire a car and checking ferry times for us. All in all it was perfect for a relaxing sunshine break. We will definitely return, but probably in season next time. Thanks for everything! Show less...

The communication with Tanya was great and she was happy to show us around and gave good advice on beaches and other points of interest in Lumbarda. The pool was clean, shower comfortable and bed fine. Air-conditioning is also available in the apartment and this place is on a 10 minute drive to the town of Korcula. However, in Lumbarda are several restaurants and beaches to go to as well, although the town is not as beautiful as Korcula, but the spectacular view makes up for all of that. We had a fantastic stay in this apartment and Tanya was a really enthusiastic and welcoming host, who met us upon arrival and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the surroundings, because we had arrived too early for check in. Tanya was very helpful and provided us with a lovely fruit plate and a detailed map of Lumbarda when we checked in. We were two couples and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious for us. The pool and decking area is very relaxing with amazing views of the coast. There is a lovely restaurant two minutes from the apartment that we would highly recommend. Only two minutes from the apartment there is a stony beach and only a short walk to the main area in Lumbarda. The small town itself is like a piece of paradise, it has a chilled out atmosphere and stunning views everywhere you look. I can't recommend this place enough! Show less...

We were amused by the idyllic lounge area in the aparthotel The Dreamers’ Club (approx. 500 m away from house Sunshine) and by the sun terrace in house Sunshine. Korcula is one fascinating Island. We enjoyed while exploring it. Adriatic Pearls agency is really up to date with all novelties – the apartments are furnished in modern style and one can for sure notice all those little details that make staying there even more pleasant. You also didn’t forget on all guests with electric cars, as you have charging station for electric cars right in front of the aparthotel. Show less...

I missed Toaster/Oven and if you ask me I would prefer normal pull-out sofa rather than sofa bed (in the living room).
