We require a damage deposit in the amount of 300,00 EUR upon arrival as security, to be sure that the guest's leave the modular home in the same condition as they found it. The deposit will be returned to the guest, in case of no damage on check out. Deposit can be paid in cash or via pre authorization on credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Holiday homes are located in village Drage near Pakoštane, on the north Dalmatian Adriatic coast. From there you can marvel at the beautiful landscapes of the Paklenica or Kornati National Park, as well as the world cultural heritage of the Plitvice Lakes.
The resort has a private beach (50 - 150 m away from the holiday home) and its own Buqez Beach Bar. The sea is crystal clear and the bay is one of the most beautiful in Croatia. But, most importantly, the beach is quiet and not crowded at all.
Boat mooring is possible 5 minutes' walk from resort. The next larger town with shops (large supermarket) and electric car charging station is Pakostane, around 10 minutes away by car. Local suppliers and restaurants can also be found in the nearby town of Drage.
In resort you will also find reception to give assistance and, when it is closed, security guards can be found.
First ‘’must see’’ point is Nature Park Vransko jezero (lake Vrana), the largest freshwater lake in Croatia and bird habitat site, located 10 min drive from our camp. The Park has hiking trails, and particularly attractive is the viewpoint of Kamenjak, which offers views of the entire park, coast, sea and surrounding islands. You can also rent a bike or kayak and enjoy in the beauty of the nature and bird species (around 100 000 during winter).
There is also National Park Krka, around 40 min drive from us with a ton of waterfalls where you can make amazing photos. Nearby is town Šibenik, oldest coastal town so don’t miss to visit Unesco site’s there-the Cathedral of St. James and St. Nicholas Fort.
We also suggest visiting Zadar, known as city of romance and love. There you can find the sea organ- a sound art object and musical instrument which creates lovely tunes using only the power of the sea waves. Right next to it is the Greeting to the sun representing the connection between man and nature absorbing solar energy during the day and creating light show just after sunset.
You can also visit nearby Maskovica Han the largest Turkish monument building in Croatia, today it is a hotel and restaurant and a small museum and gift shop.

One of the bedrooms has a magnificent view - through a huge window you can see a path from the house straight to the beach and just look at the sea all while holding a book and laying on the bed. Speaking about the view the whole place is located on the slope so sitting at the spacious terrace with a cup of coffee you can marvel at the horizon full of sea. If you add the absolute quietness of the place you can feel how it washes off the stress of normal life.
