Villa is situated within Petram Resort & Residence in Savudrija, Istria.
The Resort covers nine hectares by the Adriatic Sea, embodying a unique blend of innovation and luxury.
With 179 premium apartments and 55 luxury villas, including 11 with rooftop infinity pools, it offers a seamless experience of opulent living. The highlight is Europe's largest rooftop infinity pool and the Rooftop restaurant, boasting panoramic views of the Gulf of Piran and the Dolomite Alps.

This villa can accommodate up to eight guests and boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an additional WC, a spacious living room with sea views from the first floor, a games room (featuring table football, PlayStation), parking space, and a charming garden.

Villa amenities comprise individually controlled air conditioning, underfloor heating, luxurious toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers.

Guests can enjoy in-room coffee making facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and a washing machine/dryer combo. Additional appliances include a toaster and kettle by WMF. Wi-Fi is accessible without a password, and entertainment features a high-definition smart flat-panel television with an in-room directory, screen mirroring options, and access to international TV channels.

For convenience, there's a hairdryer, heated towel rail, safety deposit box, and electronic door.
Services include wake-up calls, room service, and laundry service available upon request and at an additional cost. Baby and dog equipment are also available upon request.

- All other services are charged according to the specified price list.
