This 3-bedroom luxury apartment, 1 km from Golden Horn beach, has a spacious 70 m2 layout on the 3rd floor of a villa. It's close to a shop (100 m) and only 800 m from the central area with restaurants and cafes.

The center of Bol features several cocktail bars, restaurants, bakeries and souvenir shops and is less than 10 relaxing minutes away (800 m).
First restaurant is only few walking minutes away (100 m) and first grocery store 250 m away. Port where catamaran stops is 1100 m away and bus station 800 m away.
You will need only 4-5 walking minutes' (200 m) to the nearest pebble beach or to the beautiful tree-lined promenade that leads to famous Zlatni Rat beach (20 minutes walk), with plenty of beautiful pebble beaches to choose from along the way.
One of our favourite beaches is Martinica beach, about 1,5 km away to the left of the apartment, which offers a very nice pebble beaches (but not much shadow, unless you are sitting in the bar nearby) and also a nice wind protection.
Bol is famous for its light summer breezy wind Maestral, who makes numerous windsurfers and kitesurfers extremely happy. Although it is a light wind and very pleasant refreshment for the hot summer days, some prefer the Martinica beach exactly because its protected position in a closed bay.
We personally adored the Varadero cocktail bar as a morning capuccino & croissant place in the town centre. On the way to Zlatni rat Beach there is another lounge and cocktail bars Bolero.
Absolute highlight of the day at the Zlatni Rat beach are definitely beach stands, offering several freshly cut fruits (water melon as the most popular one!), several healthy ice shakes and pancakes with chocolate.
“Aura” lounge and cocktail bar on the Zlatni rat beach offers not only very cosy seating on a fancy loungers with white mattresses and fat boys, but also turns its scene into an afternoon Beach Party place with wonderful chill-out music from featured international DJ’s.
In the nearby village, 5 min drive from the penthouse apartment, there is a good restaurant Marija, famous for its delicious sea food.
The restaurant Chicco, a bit further down the macadam road, with a nice pebble beach under it, is a hidden gem and usually known only to locals and some VIP tourists. :)

The use of geometrical signs in decoration of this home, ecological cleaning agents, 2 yoga mattresses’ on-site and fabulous beach view terrace make this summer home a real vacation oasis, just 1 km away from one of the most famous beach in Croatia, Golden Horn. Located on the 3rd floor of a small villa - building, with the 70 m2 large open space layout, it is a throw away from a shop (100 m), and only 800 m from the centre where all restaurants, cafes and other shops are located.
The most breath-taking element of this penthouse apartment is its splendid sea view and bright, open space, full of sunlight. Very efficient air conditioning enables very pleasant fresh temperature during hot summer days.
Penthouse apartment comfortably accommodates 6 persons and can even accept 8 people, if 2 children sleep on the sofa.
It features 3 separated bedrooms with comfortable double beds:
- 1 x master bedroom (18 m2), one double bed, wardrobe, on-suite bathroom with shower
- 2 x bedrooms (each 8 m2), each with one double bed,
In the spacious living room you will find a pull-out sofa for 2 persons, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and SAT TV. There is also dining corner with big table and six chairs.
Right next to the dining area is fully equipped modern kitchen: cooker with an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle. Kitchen is very spacious so you will be able to prepare your favourite meals together with friends and family, and then enjoy the dinner with sunset on the terrace and a glass of wine...
The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a washing machine, which our guests can use free of charge.
Glass doors lead out onto the terrace with wooden table and four chairs. This a place to be when drinking your first morning coffee or a glass of local vine in the evening, while enjoying in the stunning view of Adriatic Sea and neighbouring Island Hvar.
Parking is secured 5 m from the property.

We have personally visited, tested and fallen in love with each of our house. Inclusion to our selection can’t be bought. At least one member of our team spent a few nights in all our villas, so we know every owner by its first name as well as the name of their children.

Who will organize not only your holiday home and desired period, but also arrange for the boat rental, transfer, give you information of where the best restaurant in the city is, where the first hospital is and how to reach an island in combination with specific flight details.
What we tell you is 100% true. We hate making things look better. If you have small children and you want to make a reservation for a villa that has rocky beach in front of it, we will tell you that it is not ideal for the toddlers.
